A business graduate of the University of Florida, Teresa Morey, Associate Broker/REALTOR® for Exit Advantage Realty grew up surrounded by military communities in Florida. Following graduation from UF, she worked in customer service roles and obtained management experience. She worked directly with the executives in a civil engineering firm during the real estate boom and obtained valuable experience dealing with various municipalities. She met her active duty husband in Florida and they married before being stationed at RAF Lakenheath in the United Kingdom. While in England, she was a Customer Service Representative and Loan Officer for Community Bank operated by Bank of America.
Teresa Morey now calls Alamogordo home and wants to help others to navigate and enjoy the experience of owning their own home or upgrading to a new home. She is ready to utilize all of her skills to assist those who are trying to sell or buy a home. Clients can depend upon her integrity and her desire to assist her customers with achieving the American dream of home ownership or finding a great investment. She has extensive knowledge of the Internet and the popular social media interfaces such as Facebook for business purposes. Growing up with a military dad as well as being a military spouse, she is an expert when it comes to PCS time. She also retains close business contacts with real estate professionals in Florida to aid military families moving to Northwest Florida or coming to Holloman. While stationed at RAF Lakenheath, Teresa capitalized on her hobby and started and operated a successful photography business. She believes that taking excellent photos can only enhance her listings.
In her spare time, Teresa Morey is an active member of the community. She attends Chamber events, was selected to be a member of Leadership Otero 2011, and is currently a Big Sister in the Big Brother/Big Sister Program. She also loves travel, dining out, photography, her pets, and watching college football—especially the Florida Gators! She and her husband are currently expecting the birth of their first child.
